British boxing promoter Eddie Hearn believes a fight between Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul will make a good bout.
Since overcoming Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. via unanimous decision last month, Paul has been pushing for a chance to fight AJ.
On the other hand, Joshua has been inactive in the ring since losing to Daniel Dubois last September, ending a four-fight win streak after his back-to-back defeats to Usyk.
However, Hearn, in a chat with talkSPORT, stated that the potential for a bout between Paul and Joshua seems to be edging closer.

“It sounds like AJ is going to fight Jake Paul. If he’s true to his word, if he really wants the fight – it’s all very well saying, ‘Anthony Joshua has a weak chin and I will knock him out’ – the fight will happen.
“It’s great that Tyson Fury is saying that Jake Paul is going to win. I mean, maybe I’ve just lost my mind but if they truly want that fight, I reached out to Nakisa earlier and we’re gonna have a chat next week.
“If they truly want the fight we can make, actually, the fight that does the biggest numbers in the sport. Forget Canelo vs Terence Crawford that doesn’t even touch the surface of, and I can’t believe I’m saying it, of AJ against Jake Paul.
“If you want to do the biggest numbers in the sport we’ll make it happen but please I just want you to like be careful what you wish for.”
