Leicester City are ready to scrap it out with Leeds United for the signature of the Braga central defender Bruno Viana. The 24-year-old spent last term on loan with Braga from Olympiacos before making that move permanent last summer.

He has been a regular for the Portuguese outfit and his performances have attracted interest from England. Reports emerged last month claiming Championship outfit Leeds were keen on striking up a deal, however, it appears Leicester could beat them to his signature.
It’s understood that Brendan Rodgers is a big admirer of the defender and the latest report states that Leicester are prepared to part with around £10million.
