Lobi Stars have announced the suspension of their technical adviser Abubakar Bala.
The Makurdi club cited poor performance as the reason for their action.
Bala has been directed to hand over to chief coach John Onuh with immediate effect.

”The Interim Management Committee of Lobi Stars Football rose from an emergency management meeting today and ordered the indefinite suspension of the Technical Adviser Coach Abubakar Bala Mohammed,”the club said in a statement.
Lobi Stars have endured a poor start to the 2025/26 season.
They have recorded a paltry seven points from six games.
The Pride of Benue currently occupy sixth position on the NNL Conference C table.
