Team Bayelsa maintained top position on the medals table after Day 4 at the National Sports Festival, tagged Gateway Games.
Bayelsa top the standings with 16 gold , six silver, and five bronze medals.
Defending champions Delta State took a big leap from Day 3 to move to second spot with 10 gold , five silver, and six bronze medals.
In third position is Osun state with six gold and one silver medals, and closely followed in fourth position is Rivers with five gold, three silver, and four bronze medals.

Lagos state completes the top five with four gold, seven silver, and seven bronze medals.
Oyo State sit in sixth position with four gold, two silver and, six bronze medals.
Akwa Ibom state occupy seventh spot with four gold and one silver, while Plateau state is eighth with three gold, two silver and six bronze medals.
In ninth position is Cross River with three gold, one silver and one bronze medals, while Team Edo completes the top 10 with two gold , 15 silver and 16 bronze medals.
The Invited Junior Athletes ( IJA) occupy 11th position with two gold one silver and one bronze medals.
