Victor Osimhen could now consider a move to Saudi Arabia with his transfer to Paris Saint-Germain set to hit the brickwall.
The Nigeria international has been heavily linked with a move to Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain.
However talks between Napoli and PSG has now stalled, with the latter making it clear they are not activating his €130m release clause.
The Nigeria international turned down a move to Saudi Arabia last summer but could now be heading to one of the clubs in the country this summer, according to transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano.
“Victor Osimhen’s priority remains to leave Napoli this summer,” Romano wrote on X.
“Paris Saint-Germain won’t pay the clause and talks are in stand-by at current conditions, no chance to include Kang-in Lee.
“Osimhen could also consider Saudi League bids, as Napoli want Lukaku to replace him.”

How come Osimhen is thinking of going to Saudi Arabia? It is far better for him to stay in Europe for his development.
Victor’s agent is weird but again Victor had fired 2 or 3 agents in 3 years lol…My question is why would you sign a 1 year extension after lifting the scudetto when you could have left on a free transfer after seeing out the remaining 1 year on your contract. Delaurentis tricked you with an increase in pay for one year and then added a huge release clause for his own benefit lol. Napoli wants to sell him for 130 after an unproductive season lol. Mbappe was captured on a free transfer let that sink in.
So, I just went over the contract details again. His contract would have expired in 2025 but he signed a contract extension till 2026 with a bigger release clause. So, if Napoli refuses to drop the release clause and no club willing to pay the 120m, he will be stuck with Napoli at least till 2026 when he will be a free agent lol…………Delaurentiis the evil one. After the tik tok saga and insults from Napoli, this man should have never signed an extension. His previous release clause was like 75-80 mill lol.
@Footballfanatic you are very right, but that being said I think Conte Coming is a blessing in disguise he will raise Osimhen’s game higher than Spalletti did the season before last. If Osimhen’s Lack of Humility and temperament will not allow him to see that Napoli and especially Conte is the best place for him this season then, I do not know for him again. I don’t like this news Osimhen is Nigeria top striker it will be heart breaking if he moves away from Europe at this early age. Mbappe rejected Asia for development sake but our boy is taking advice from celebrities who knows nothing about football. It is well I just hope and pray he makes the right move!!!!
