Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Arsenal winger Ethan Nwaneri won’t be leaving the Gunners this summer.
The 18-year-old enjoyed a breakthrough season with the Gunners last time round, making 37 appearances in all competitions and scoring nine goals.
However, Nwaneri’s contract at the Emirates only runs until next summer, and he has been linked with a shock exit from the club he joined at just eight years old.

Reacting to the development, Romano, via his YouTube channel, stated that the Gunners are not prepared to let him go yet.
“Chelsea, during the discussion for Noni Madueke, told Arsenal they were interested in Ethan Nwaneri and prepared to make a bid if Arsenal weren’t able to agree to any contract with the player to avoid losing him for free next summer and to present a bid now.
“For Arsenal, that was a no; Arsenal never had the intention to let Nwaneri go,” he stated.
