Former Super Eagles goalkeeper, Peter Rufai has praised the Super Falcons for their impressive display in the team’s 3-2 win over Australia at the 2023 Women’s World Cup.

“I am so excited that the Super Falcons defeated Australia 3-2. Of course it was a difficult game for the players considering when the scoreline was 3-2.

We should not over celebrate beating Australia. Like I have stated earlier SF is no match to Australia in terms player for player comparism. That SF team is heavily loaded with talent . Even more than the SE . But sometimes tactics speak louder than talents.
