Rwanda head coach Thorsten Frank has said he will welcome any advice from Gernot Rohr on how to beat the Super Eagles.
Rwanda will host the Eagles in Group C, matchday five of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in March 2025.
The Eagles have had a disappointing qualifying campaign so far, recording three draws, one defeat and fifth on three points after four games.
Their only defeat in the qualifiers was against Rohr’s Benin Republic who triumphed 2-1 in Abidjan Côte d’Ivoire.
For Rwanda, they are in first position on seven points from the same number of games.
Speaking in an interview on Brila FM, Frank said:”I’m very sure we will have a phone call before, maybe two or three, and if he can tell me something, I will be stupid not to take it.
“For that we will try to be in contact if possible we can help each other, for sure we will do it.“
The winner of each of the groups will directly qualify to the 2026 FIFA World Cup in USA, Mexico and Canada.
The four best group runners-up will participate in play-offs to determine which team will advance to the inter-confederation play-offs.

Rohr is not a Nigerian,he’s a foreigner a professional.
Apparently,he celebrated the victory with his players.
I doubt he had any sympathy for defeating Nigeria rather was pleased to have his own pound of flesh against a country that wrongfully sacked him.
Take note of that statement “for sure we can help each other (for sure we will do it) to win…..”
That is the politics behind the game. Only the group winner pulls through, and if Benin or Rwanda has no hope of topping and if there is a glimmer of hope for one, the other one will help put.

Super Eagles have lost their charisma in African football , so any team would like to be with SE group to beat Nigeria , this cause of lack of an excellent administration and technical management ; look at clueless sport minister , NFF administrators, SE technical crew all are losers and ignorant to manage a great team like SE , sport minister John Enoh and NFF members have refused to hire foreign coach and have insisted to hire local coach who has snafued then beaten SE World Cup 2026 quilifier track with drawn versus South Africa then have been beaten by Benin ; this results have put SE in a bad position on their group as fifth team on the group (C) which will threat SE to qualify to the next World Cup 2026 in USA and Mexico and Canada …

THEY MAY HAVE THE ZEAL TO BE A COACH BUT THEY DON4T HAVE THE REQUISITES TO BE A BETTER COACH. THEY CAN NEVER BE BETTER THAN THE FOREIGN EUROPEAN COACHES WHO MAY HAVE BEEN INTRODUCED INTO FOOTBALLING STRUCTURE, TECHNICALITIES, TACTICS, MANAGEMENT AND POLITICS FROM THEIR YOUTHS.
THEY DREAM AND EAT FOOTBALL! THEY THRIVE ON IT AND THEY LIVE ON IT!
FINIDI WILL BE FINE AS A LOCAL COACH BUT OUTSIDE THIS, HE IS NOT RIPE ENOUGH TO BE A SUPER EAGLES COACH. THE COMPETITION AT THAT LEVEL IS WAY TO HIGH FOR HIM AND AMUNEKE AND THE RESTS.
The truth is, rohr won’t give u anything bcs of his love for Nigeria. So, u are making a big mistake to think that rohr will divulge any information against Nigeria to you. That is the rohr i know.
