Saudi Arabia club Al-Hilal have reached an agreement with Manchester City for around €25m for Joao Cancelo.
Al-Hilal have offered Cancelo a package of €15m net salary per season as they look to convince him to join them this summer.
The player is out of Pep Guardiola’s plans at Manchester and is bound to leave this summer.
Barcelona is not in a position to try and sign the 30-year-old at the moment.
The Catalan club continue to ramp up their effort to complete exits this summer to help with the registration of new signing Dani Olmo.
Olmo has already missed two La Liga games this season and despite Barcelona winning both games so far, there is an asterisk to it due to the off-field uncertainty.
