Former Manchester United coach Rene Meulensteen has disclosed that the Red Devils’ biggest problem remains Ruben Amorim’s style of play and not the players.
Amorim has managed just one Premier League win so far in the new campaign, whilst also being knocked out of the EFL Cup by League Two side Grimsby Town in what has been the worst start in the club’s history.
Speaking to BetVictor, Meulensteen stated that he thinks Amorim’s system is the problem rather than the players underperforming, especially after splashing the cash this summer on the likes of Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha.
