Olympique Marseille coach Roberto de Zerbi says he’ll be willing to keep Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang if Gabon’s Ministry of Sport doesn’t want him again.
De Zerbi stated this after Gabon’s Ministry of Sport insisted that Aubameyang had been excluded from the national team after their early AFCON 2025 exit.

Speaking with the club’s website, De Zerbi noted that he’s delighted to have Aubameyang back among the fold ahead of today’s Ligue 1 clash against Nantes.
“Against Monaco, he played the entire match with a leg problem. We sent a physiotherapist to Gabon to look after him.
“The controversy with the Gabonese coach is none of our business.
“If they don’t want him, I’m happy to keep him with us.”
