Chelsea boss Liam Rosenior has expressed confidence that Liam Delap will have an outstanding career at Stamford Bridge.
He made this known in a press conference ahead of the Blues’ Champions League clash against Pafos on Wednesday.
The England striker has just 1 goal in 13 Premier League appearances this season and has struggled to adapt with the West London side.

Despite this, Rosenior has backed the striker, who he knows how to get the best out of.
“I have been delighted, not just with Liam but with lots of players I’ve worked with throughout my career.
“I like to keep a track of players I have worked with and it was so good to see him perform at a level I believed he was capable of in the Premier League. so it was not a surprise to see him make another move up to Chelsea.
“I am not surprised, but he also knows I will keep pushing him to keep improving and if he can do that, I am confident that he will have an outstanding career.”
