Super Eagles new invitee and Heracles striker Cyriel Dessers has been included in the Dutch Eredivisie Team of the Season, Completesports.com reports.
The Team of the Season list was announced on the Eredivisie verified Twitter handle on Monday.

Dessers inclusion in the list was due to his impressive goal scoring feat, which saw him finish joint top scorer of the 2019/2020 league season with 15 goals alongside Feyenoord’s Steven Berghuis.
Heracles finished the season in eight position on 36 points in the 18-team league table.
Five Ajax players made the list. And the players are former Manchester United defender Daley, Chelsea new signing Hakim Ziyech, Nicolas Tagliafico, Donny van de Beek and Quincy Promes.
Other players selected are AZ Alkmaar quartet Oussama Idrissi, Marco Bizot, Fredrik Midtsjo and Teun Koopmeiners and Denzel Dumfries of PSV.

I wonder why Dessers box is carrying the Belgian Flag. I thought he never played for them in any of the Age grade levels and he already got a call up to the Nigerian National team??
He havnt represented any national team yet, but he is belgium by nationality, they must adress him as belgian until he must have played a competative game with naija the guy remain belgium.
Why is he underrated like that 89 instead of 90 and why haven’t the give him is top goalscorer award
