Super agent Pini Zahavi has disclosed that Robert Lewandowski turned down a mouthwatering deal from the Saudi League to remain with Barca.
Zahavi confirmed that the striker turned down a €100 million-per-season offer from Saudi Arabia last year, choosing instead to compete for La Liga and the Champions League with Barcelona.
In an interview with Fakt, he stressed that the Polish striker feels at home in Barcelona, describing it as “his place on earth” and the environment where he feels most comfortable.

“Barça is his place in the world, where he feels most comfortable.
“Furthermore, Saudi Arabian clubs are full of players, they don’t know what to do with them. There’s a limit on the number of foreigners allowed, which limits their options. But Robert didn’t want to play there anyway.
“A year ago, he received a concrete offer. They offered him more than €100 million per season. Per season! But he preferred to fight for La Liga and the Champions League. And he almost achieved both objectives.”
