The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, has also announced venues for the four fixtures.
Five-time champions Rangers will do battle with Plateau United at the Area 3 Stadium, Abuja.
The encounter between Akwa United and Kwara United will hold at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu.

Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City will host the encounter between giant killers Abakaliki FC and Nasarawa United.
Nigeria National League, NNL , outfit Wikki Tourists will be up against Ikorodu City at the Bwari Stadium, Abuja.
All the matches will kick-off at 4pm.
Holders El-kanemi Warriors have already been knocked out of the President Federation Cup.
The winner of the competition will represent Nigeria in the CAF Confederation Cup next year.
