PSG star Achraf Hakimi has paid tribute to Walid Regragui, who stepped down as Morocco’s manager after nearly four years in charge.
Regragui decided to leave the Morocco national team after three and a half years in charge of the Atlas Lions. The Moroccan coach had written his name in history after guiding the Atlas Lions to the semi-finals of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
In a message published on his official account on X (Twitter), Hakimi expressed his gratitude to the departing coach.
“Walid Regragui, thank you for the exceptional work you accomplished at the head of the Moroccan national team,” Hakimi wrote.
