Flourish Sabastine won the Player of the Match award following Falconets’ 4-0 win against Venezuela on Saturday night.
Sabastine scored Chris Danjuma’s side third goal of the encounter.
It was the winger’s second goal of the tournament.

It would be recalled that she scored the winning goal in Nigeria’s 1-0 victory Korea Republic on Monday.
Sabastine’s speed and direct play played a key role in Nigeria’s victory in the game.
She’s the second Falconets player to win the Player of the Match in Colombia 2024.
Philomina Addo Yina claimed the individual accolade in Nigeria’s victory over Korea Republic.

Personally, I would have given it to Okwuchukwu. A goal and 2 assists plus bags of energy and inventiveness.
Flourish has suffered a lot that despite her huge talent no big clubs took her seriously. Anyway I loved it how she goes effortlessly past each marker. @9jarealist you rightly pointed Okuchuchwu as MOM but flourish was more than goal due to the quality of her goal and completed dribbles in a dominant unplayable performance. Okuchukwu was also great with more goal contribution and I hope she wins the next MOM.

Okwuchukwu is my kind of player.She reminds me Zambian Banda and Nkatlana of South Africa both explosive players.Prime Oshoala was very explosive too..I am a big fan of explosive players the likes of Amokachi,Abedi Pele of Ghana these kind of players are like moving train,they can single-handedly win a game for their team.
