Cyriel Dessers scored the only goal of the game as Rangers pipped Hearts 1-0 in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday.
Dessers bagged the winner in the sixth minute thanks to an assist from James Tavernier.
The 29-year-old, who has four goals in the Scottish topflight this season, has now scored in Rangers’ last three games.
Also, he has taken his tally in all competitions this season to 10 goals.
Last season, Dessers found the back of the net 16 times in 35 appearances in the league.
Rangers, on 22 points, are now nine points behind leaders Celtic in the league table.

If we don’t change the way we do our things as a country, we can’t expect miracles to happen.
This is why I am backing Dessers always. I invested my time in this Dessers, and I can boldly tell Eguavoen that Dessers is a player that every coach must have in his team because when you think it is over, Dessers will rise and do the magic.
Eguavoen and NFF can not tell Nigerians that they are not aware of Dessers Kolawole.
After Oshimen, it is Dessers, not Boniface or even Umar Sodiq close to Dessers kę.
This is the right time to prepare Dessers and other untested players before the World Cup qualifiers begin.
Eguavoen is not the right coach for the Super Eagles job. If we have to qualify for the World Cup, Eguavoen should vacate his position as interim coach and the technical adviser of the Super Eagles.

Thanks@ Omo9ja & Coache for joining me in the clamour for the handlers of the SE to give all Nigerians a chance to vye for the vacant post of Osihmen’s deputy. For the past 3yrs, its been rotation of same players ( Onuachu, Boniface, @ Umaar Sadiq) who have all failed to live up to our expectations. We cannot continue to wait for them especially with the worldcup qualification quamire the SE is facing. God forbid ! but if Osihmen is injured or not fit who shall we rely on? It is this conundrum that makes the invitation of Desseers, Akpom , Akorodare, Omorodion and others inevitable . We must keep the door open until we discover a worthy deputy for Osihmen. Now is the best time for such experiment.
Let me educate some of you about football, anybody that wants desser in super eagles doesn’t want Nigeria to progress,any good player can use have chance to prove himself, for instance it took ikechukwu uche have chance to show his worth against Lesotho, the same goes to Richard eromigbe, even osaze shows his worth on his debut, recently Samuel of finabache utilize his chance too, they gave desser more than three chances but he failed,some people will be saying that it took osihmen ten matches before he picked up, but those people forgot that we knows he’s worth from junior football set up, same goes to ihenacho we knows he’s worth,we know that on a good day that they can deliver because they are tested and trusted from junior team set up, even Sadiq Umar did well with Olympic team, but invite this invite that can’t deliver unless they are ready to take up half chance to show case their talent
