Bayern Munich sports chief Max Eberl has disclosed that the team has no plan to sign Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah but will focus on developing their youngster Lennart Karl.
Mohamed Salah has recently made headlines after taking a swipe at his club, Liverpool, and head coach Arne Slot, following his third consecutive game out of the starting lineup.
However, in an interview with DAZN, Eberl underlined that the club would rather focus on developing Karl.

“Salah? With Lennart Karl, we have an exceptional talent . Putting someone ahead of him now would make no sense.
“I followed his (Salah’s) statements, but I haven’t followed the story in depth. How it will go forward now, honestly, thank God, is not my problem.
“Our team is incredibly homogeneous, it’s exciting, and from our perspective, balanced both in attack and defence.”
A new player can also bring unease, Eberl emphasized: “Because then perhaps the roles aren’t so clear anymore.”
