Turkish giants Fenerbahce have submitted an offer to sign Arsenal defender Oleksandr Zinchenko.
This is according to Turkish journalist Sercan Hamzaoglu (via Tribuna).
The initial approach to the Ukrainian international was made by agent Devin Ozek, and talks between the two parties are understood to be progressing swiftly.

On Sunday, Hamzaoglu reported that Fenerbahce’s sporting director met with Zinchenko in England, alongside Arsenal’s sporting director Andrea Berta.
Arsenal have set their asking price at €15 million but have indicated they would be willing to facilitate the deal if Fenerbahce can reach personal terms with the player.
Zinchenko has been at Arsenal since the 2022/23 season and has made 91 appearances for the club, including 23 last season, scoring three goals and providing five assists.
After the acquisition of Kepa Arrizabalaga, Cristian Mosquera, Martin Zubimendi, Christian Norgaard and Noni Madueke, the Gunners would be looking to ship out those who are seen as surplus to requirement.
Among those expected to leave are Zinchenko, Albert Sambi Lokonga, Fabio Vieira and Reiss Nelson.
