Solution FC, Awka head coach, Willy Udube, has exclusively told Completesports.com that the club is in the market for five quality players to strengthen the squad ahead of the 14 February, 2026 resumption of the second stanza of the 2025/2026 Nigeria National League (NNL) season.
Solution FC Sit Seventh On Conference B Table
Solution FC, owned and funded by the Anambra State Government, are currently seventh on the Conference B standings with 13 points from the first half of the campaign.

The Awka-based side will welcome Sporting FC, Lagos, when the league resumes on 14 February, 2026, as they look to push for a stronger second-round showing.
Coach Udube Explains Transfer Strategy
Udube, a former Heartland FC of Owerri midfielder who also enjoyed playing spells in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), said the club is seeking quick fixes in key grey areas of the team.

“The season is at its halfway mark. It’s time to take stock and fix areas you noticed were not working well during the first stanza,” Udube said at a chance meeting.
“So, we’re looking to fortify the team. We’re considering about five players to beef up some areas, especially in the midfield, attack and defence.”
No Open Trials As Solution FC Identify Specific Targets
The Solution FC coach further clarified that the club will not be conducting open screening exercises.
“We’re not conducting open screening. We just need to take a look at some players we’ve already identified during league matches and others we observed at their various academies.

“Hopefully, Solution FC will be better and more competitive when the second stanza of the season begins,” Udube added.
Udube has previously worked as an assistant coach at Heartland FC, Rivers United and Abia Warriors, and also held technical roles at Go Round FC, Omoku, Rivers State.
