Akwa United have announced the signing of five new players ahead of the start of the second stanza.
The new signings are; Dada Oladimeji, Nsikak Raphael, Kingsley Uduak, Aniebiet Sunday, and Melvin Ebitimi.
The players have already started training with their new teammates.

Head coach, Paul Offor is upbeat the new signings will help the Uyo club push for promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL.
Akwa United currently top the NNL Conference B table with 19 points.
The Promise Keepers will keep a date with Rovers FC in their opening game of the second stanza.
They were relegated to the Nigeria National League, NNL, last season.
