Solution FC Awka Head Coach, Gabriel Ezema, has exclusively told Completesports.com that they are capable of finishing in the top two of NNL Conference B.
Ezema, a former Inter City Lagos FC Coach, succeeded Cameroonian Emmanuel Deusch, who stepped down from the role for personal reasons.
Solution FC are currently 5th in the Conference B table, and Ezema remains optimistic that his side can still cross the Rubicon, with four games remaining on the fixture list.

“At the moment, we’re four points off the playoff mark. I believe—and strongly too—that with four games still to come, anything can still happen,” Ezema said.
Kun Khalifat lead the pack with 34 points, with Sporting Lagos in second place on 27 points. Osun United also have 27 points, while Rovers and Solution both have 24.
Ezema added: “There are still 12 points to play for. If we get the maximum 12 points, we’ll definitely be up there.
“Yes, it’s a possibility. For us at Solution, impossible is nothing. We’ll fight to the finish. We’ll never say never.”
Asked how he has been settling in since arriving in Awka, the young tactician responded that it hasn’t been bad, as he has found himself in a friendly environment surrounded by warm people.
“It hasn’t been bad at all. The people here are good and friendly. The team I met on the ground aren’t bad either. The task before us is to push the team upwards, and that’s what we’re doing at the moment,” he said.

Solution FC went down fighting against leaders Kun Khalifat in a matchday 16 tie at Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri, over the weekend.
“We were let down by our inability to convert our scoring opportunities against Kun Khalifat. Anyway, that’s in the past now. We’ll face Gateway here in Awka at the weekend. Mind you, it’s one of the final four games and the first of the 12 points we’re chasing to close the season,” Ezema stated.
“We will work hard in our preparations to ensure that we collect the maximum points.”
Solution FC will host Gateway United in a matchday 17 fixture at the Awka City Stadium on Sunday, 18 May 2025.
