D’Tigress head coach Rena Wakama has kind words for her players despite the defeat to France.
The African champions lost 93 -86 to the hosts in their fourth game at the 2026 FIBA Women World cup Qualifying Tournament in Lyon on Sunday.
The game against the French was by far the D’Tigress’ best overall performance at the tournament.
Wakama was very impressed with her girls despite that narrow loss.
