Holders Edo Queens and Remo Stars Ladies are yet to taste defeat in Group A, while Bayelsa Queens, Naija Ratels and Rivers Angels are unbeaten in Group B.
Edo Queens will be away to Confluence Queens in Lokoja.
Moses Aduku’s side had the upper hand in this fixture, winning four of their last seven meetings, with only two losses.
Confluence Queens have lost all their five league games this season.
Group A leaders Remo Stars Ladies will face Dannaz Ladies in a South West derby.
This is the first-ever top-flight meeting between the two sides, both of which gained promotion to the Premiership in the same season.

Dannaz Ladies have recorded one win and one draw at home this season.
Remo Stars Ladies have been superb this season, with four wins and one draw.
Group B leaders Bayelsa Queens and Naija Ratels will clash at the Samson Siasia Stadium, Yenagoa in the biggest match of the day.
Hosts Bayelsa Queens have recorded three wins and two draws, and will be aiming to extend their unbeaten run.
Naija Ratels have won one and drawn four of their five games this season.
Benue Queens will hope to cause a major upset when they host Rivers Angels.
The home team are yet to pick a point in the current campaign.
